I would like to express my gratitude to Ellen Miller for her time and effort to make such a worthwhile contribution towards the health and well-being of others through her Outdoor Intervals class. In June while on vacation in Vail, I participated in her 7am Outdoor Intervals class. It happened to be summer solstice. Within a few minutes, Ellen incorporated knowledge about physiology, positive attitude, setting and achieving goals, and healthy state of mind. Ellen embodies all of these attributes and makes the class what it is. She is happy and a symbol of true vitality. She is a perfect mentor. This class would benefit the health and well-being of anyone. It was one of the highlights of my vacation. Ellen's influence carries over to my daily routine back at home. I look forward to another class when I return to Vail.
