Customized Wellness Programs

Our Customized Wellness Programs are perfect for individuals, groups and corporate retreats. These customizable programs are available on an ongoing basis throughout the year and can be hosted in the privacy of your own home or at Vail Mountain Lodge & Spa.

Get in here to get better out there – we know you don’t live in Vail to work out in a gym! Ideal for locals (or visitors spending significant time in Vail), this membership provides everything you need to stay in shape for your outdoor mountain lifestyle. Includes initial body composition analysis with initiation fee, as well as unlimited facility use and all group classes.

Private Training Membership

Appreciate a one-on-one coach, whether in the gym, studio, or on the wall? Membership offers four 55 min monthly private training sessions in addition to an initial body composition analysis, all group classes, and a permanent locker.

Vitality Membership

The Vitality Membership inspires a wellness lifestyle. Includes one 50 min massage, four 55 min private training sessions, and one body composition analysis per month, in addition to fitness concierge service, permanent locker, and all group classes.

Membership rates are per person and include member pricing on private training, guest passes, and discounts in The Spa, Terra Bistro, and Vail Mountain Lodge. Membership rates are based upon an automatic charge/withdrawal payment plan. Statement billing will be invoiced at $10 above the listed monthly rates.

Short term use includes scheduled classes. Punch cards are transferable and may be used for one year. Each punch is good for one day. Locals must show an Eagle County driver's license or a recent paystub from an Eagle County employer.
