Get in here to get out there! Vail Vitality Center programs encourage whole body health and there are a variety of ways to achieve ideal balance. Our programs allow participants to make unique choices, rather than fit a typical workout into a square box. Don't enjoy lifting weights? Try a little strength training on our climbing wall. Prefer to exercise outdoors? Explore the trails with Ellen Miller. Think yoga is for women? Join one of our "men only" workshops. Want to indulge a little but don't want to go overboard? Join us for 'Appy Hour at Terra Bistro. We also offer special events throughout the year that allow you to test your mettle or simply enjoy a new experience. Who said healthy had to be boring?
